Per static web page (static meaning no animation - no dynamic database driven content) - $125
Web Page with Flash animation added, or all Flash animation $150-$200 (depending upon complexity)
Website Form Page - $125 to $250 (depending upon length of forms, and whether they are HTML or Flash based.
Website Hosting - $100 per year (includes 3 gig storage, 3 TB transfer, 2,500 email accounts, domain name) * hosting prices are subject to change
Flash Banners - $60 to $100
