• What is a domain name?
A Domain Name is your unique website address on the internet. For example: www.yourname.com

• What are web stats?
Every time you have a visitor to your site, your web server records that information. You can ten access it and see how many people visit your site each day/week/month etc.

• Do you send me my web stats?
Although INDIsign Graphics doesn’t send you a monthly statement of your web stats, we would be glad to show you how you can receive them yourself.

• A lot of my clients are on dial-up. Will they still be able to see my site?
Whether we design your site in HTML, or FLASH, or a combination of both, if you let us know that you want a site optimized for dial-up, we will do that. With our knowledge and expertise, you can expect all of your clients to see your site as it was meant to be seen.

• How much can I expect to pay?
Website costs vary tremendously. It all depends on what you want your website to do. For example a simple site with a few pages of information costs far less than a site with a full shopping cart feature, online product catalogue and credit card facilities.
At INDIsign Graphics we will discuss all of your requirements and advise you on the best way to promote your business online.
Every website is different from the next. At INDIsign Graphics you will never get a "website in a box". Every site that we design and build is individually custom made and tailored to your specific requirements.

• What if I don’t like the design?
At INDIsign Graphics we design your site exactly the way you want it. We work with you and never go ahead with anything unless you are 100% happy with the design and layout.
Once we come up with a design layout, we email the design to you and ask you for your thoughts. You let us know any ideas, suggestions and criticisms you have about the design, and we send you a new version until you are 100% happy with the design layout.
It’s the same process when we are putting your website together and designing all of the individual pages. We send you the link to a page once we complete it and ask for your thoughts. If you want it displayed differently, or have any other ideas about the page, you let us know and we go back and forth until you are 100% satisfied with each individual page of your new site.
